To request a refund, email support@wealthsignal.net with your account email and "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account Settings or by emailing support@wealthsignal.net
  • Your access continues through the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months after the 7-day guarantee window
  • No charges after cancellation takes effect

Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your annual billing period
  • After the 7-day guarantee window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You will not be charged for the next year after cancellation

Downgrades

  • You may downgrade your plan at any time
  • Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for the remainder of the current billing period

Exceptions

  • Duplicate charges will be refunded in full
  • Technical issues preventing platform access may qualify for a prorated refund at our discretion
