7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Subscribers)
If you're a first-time subscriber to any paid WealthSignal plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@wealthsignal.net with your account email and "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from your account Settings or by emailing support@wealthsignal.net
- Your access continues through the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months after the 7-day guarantee window
- No charges after cancellation takes effect
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your annual billing period
- After the 7-day guarantee window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- You will not be charged for the next year after cancellation
Downgrades
- You may downgrade your plan at any time
- Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for the remainder of the current billing period
Exceptions
- Duplicate charges will be refunded in full
- Technical issues preventing platform access may qualify for a prorated refund at our discretion
