WealthSignal is currently finalizing our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for enterprise and B2B partners. This document will govern the processing of personal data under applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 requirements.

1. Overview
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") supplements and forms part of the agreement between WealthSignal ("Data Processor") and the Enterprise Partner ("Data Controller") for use of the WealthSignal platform and services.
This DPA governs WealthSignal's processing of personal data on behalf of the Enterprise Partner in connection with the services described in the applicable service agreement.
2. Definitions
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable data protection law.
"Processing" means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, use, disclosure, or erasure.
"Data Controller" means the Enterprise Partner that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
"Data Processor" means WealthSignal, which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
3. Data Processing Scope
WealthSignal will process personal data solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services, and only in accordance with the documented instructions of the Data Controller.
Details of processing activities including categories of data subjects, types of personal data, and retention periods will be specified in Annex A of the executed DPA agreement.
4. Security Measures
WealthSignal implements and maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
These measures include encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security assessments, and incident response procedures.
5. Sub-Processors
WealthSignal may engage sub-processors to assist in providing the services. A list of current sub-processors is available upon request. WealthSignal will provide notice of any changes to sub-processors and ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place.
6. Data Subject Rights
WealthSignal will assist the Data Controller in fulfilling obligations to respond to data subject requests, including requests for access, rectification, erasure, and portability of personal data.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of the service agreement, WealthSignal will, at the Data Controller's choice, delete or return all personal data and delete existing copies, unless storage is required by applicable law.
