What is the trade fee and when does it apply?
The trade fee will be charged on live trades only — it does not apply to paper trading (which is available now). Pro users pay 0.25% per trade, Elite users pay 0.15% per trade when live trading launches. Free, Starter plans have no trade fees (paper trading only). See the full fee schedule →
What's the difference between paper trading and live trading?
Paper trading uses a simulated virtual portfolio (no real money). Free gets basic paper trading, Starter/Pro/Elite all get $1M virtual. All trades are simulated with virtual money. Live trading is coming soon with SEC approval. Pro/Elite subscribers get priority waitlist access when live trading launches. Trade fees (0.25% Pro / 0.15% Elite) only apply to live trades once activated.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year upfront. Starter Annual ($219.99/yr) saves ~$20 vs monthly. Pro Annual ($659.99/yr) saves ~$60 vs monthly. Elite Annual ($1,099.99/yr) saves ~$100 vs monthly. Annual subscribers are not subject to mid-term price increases — changes apply at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is free forever — no trial expiry, no card required. You can upgrade at any time when you're ready for more features or live trading.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. If upgrading mid-cycle, your new plan activates immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe's secure checkout. No card is stored on our servers.
Are there any other fees besides the trade fee?
No AUM fees, no account opening fees, no inactivity fees. The subscription fee + per-trade fee (Pro/Elite, when live trading launches) are the only charges. All trades are simulated with virtual money — live trading is coming with SEC approval. See our full fee schedule for complete details.
Subscription Terms: All plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — no penalty, access continues through your current period. No partial refunds for unused days.
