Introduction
WealthSignal has filed for registration as an investment adviser with the SEC. Our registration is currently pending. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important for you to understand these differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about broker-dealers, investment advisers, and investing. Note: Until our SEC registration is effective, we operate as an educational platform offering paper trading simulations only โ no real investment advisory services are provided at this time.
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
Our Services
We offer investment advisory services to retail investors, including:
- Algorithmic portfolio management and rebalancing
- Investment analysis tools and market data
- Educational resources and simulated paper trading
- Personalized investment recommendations based on your goals and risk tolerance
We monitor accounts on an ongoing basis. We have a minimum account size of $0 for paper trading accounts. Real money accounts require completion of KYC verification and are subject to applicable minimums when activated.
What fees will I pay?
Fees & Costs
We charge the following fees:
- Subscription fee: Free tier ($0), Starter ($19.99/month), Pro ($59.99/month), or Elite ($99.99/month). Annual plans: Starter $219.99/year, Pro $659.99/year, Elite $1,099.99/year
- AUM fee: Up to 0.50% annually for managed accounts (when activated)
- Trading costs: $0 commission on most trades through our broker partners
โ ๏ธ You will pay fees whether or not you make money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time.
What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser?
Our Obligations to You
When we act as your investment adviser, we have to act in your best interest and not put our interests ahead of yours. At the same time, the way we make money creates some conflicts of interest. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the investment advice we provide you.
Examples of conflicts of interest:
- We receive subscription revenue, which may incentivize us to recommend features that increase your subscription tier.
- Our algorithmic recommendations are based on our proprietary models, which may have limitations not immediately visible to you.
How do your financial professionals make money?
Compensation
Our investment professionals are compensated through salary and performance-based incentives tied to overall company performance, not individual client transactions or specific investment recommendations. We do not pay transaction-based commissions to our professionals.
